Returns
In addition to the rights afforded to you by Australian Consumer Law, Nole Pet Food will offer a credit note or exchange for items purchased from Nole Pet Food and returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with an original receipt or acceptable proof of purchase, and meets the following criteria when returned:
- The item is in saleable condition;
- The item is unworn, unused or unopened with all original packaging and tags attached;
- The item is not faulty or subject to manufacturers’ warranties;
- The item is not a personalised product (i.e. shampoo, sprays, flea or worming treatments etc)
- The item is not a consumable (i.e. fresh meat, treats, seed etc.)
Some items purchased will come with a manufacturer’s warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant products. To expedite the claim process, you may wish to contact the relevant manufacturer directly.
Premium dog and cat foods are exempt from this policy, as they all come with a 100% money-back guarantee from the manufacturer which is dealt with by us.
If an item needs to be returned you can either return it to our Tullamarine store that it was purchased from, or if the original purchase took place online email us at webstore@nolepetfood.com.au providing the reason for the return and a copy of the receipt. We will then assist you in returning the product via one of our shipping carriers.
Privacy
Nole Pet Food respects the privacy of your personal information. Any information you provide to Nole Pet Food will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it, and we are committed to handling it securely and carefully.
Nole Pet Food complies with all Australian privacy laws, and abides by the Australian Spam Act 2003.
To receive information and promotional material from us via email, you must have indicated to us that you wish to receive this information before we send it to you. At any time should you wish to opt out of receiving information from us via email, we will honour this written request within five business days.
Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties. We may however, provide “non-identifiable” information to our business partners for various purposes.
